Creat Newly MenuBar And SubMenuBar In Access XP

Dear There, Access XP

In Macro I have created a full new Menubar, but what is the way to Create a SubMenu at any MenuItem, also Let That Work By KeyBoard Key's.

For Exp.

Under Record -------- New -------- Delete -------- Modefy and if i click on New i Want also Menu To show Record ------- Form ----
(it's Just Sample).
