Create a form from theme/template

Good morning all,

I am recrreating one of my databases.

I'd like to use a form I have saved as the template for all forms created with the wizard.
I added JAG faded (the theme for the form) in the Object Designers, but any form is still created with the 'default' blue plain backgound in the header.

What do I need to do to get this to work.
I realise that I can select each form and go through them one at a time, but surely that is what this function is for?

What about trying to use File\Options\Office theme?
