Create a web form

It is possible to create a web form and save the responses in a database or google drive / dropbox like the link I attached in the text file

Google forms can do this to a google spreadsheet.

Do you have access to Microsoft 365? If so, maybe you can use Forms.

Before I noticed that there is the possibility to insert the link generated by google form directly on a site.
I'll try to do so.
