Create an MDE file

I am trying to create an MDE file. I have done this in the past. But for some reason I can not create one today. I keep getting an error stating "Microsoft Access was unable to create an MDE database." Does anyone know why I am getting this error.

My guess is you have an error in your VBA. From an open module, click the menu bar option > Debug and then click the Compile and Save All Modules and see if you can find the error, then fix it and compile again. Access will not create a MDE if their is an error in the code.

Thanks, you were right about errors in my modules. I was missing a reference that was once there but somehow was unchecked.
