where is the best way to find articles on how to create a scheduler for my appointment or meetings and keep track of each meetings on a separate form or table:confused:

First, is MS Outlook available? It does schedules pretty well. And you can tie Access and Outlook together with a little effort. I might take the approach of adding the meeting to my Outlook and then after the fact, import the data to Access and include a Memo field or something similar for the meeting notes.

Second, search this forum for the following topics:

Schedules
Bookings
Reservations
Outlook

"Bookings" and "Reservations" will give you hints about how to work with projections to a future timeline. At least some articles of "Scheduling" will also do that. The other side of the "Scheduling" articles would be how to make something happen at a specific time on the computer outside of Access, which doesn't apply to your question. But that extra data is because "Scheduling" is somewhat ambiguous.
