I need to create an Outlook 2007 Distribution List from an Access 2007 select query which has only names and email addresses, without adding the intended recipients (that are in the query) to my Outlook Contacts.
I already have a macro in Excel that creates the Outlook 2007 Distribution List, but I can' get it to put the names of the recipients under the "Name" of the Outlook 2007 Distribution List, it puts the email address under both "Name" and "Email Address" of the Dist. List.
So I have decided to see if I can achieve success by trying to make the Dist. List from Access 2007.
Can anyone assist?
