Creating a history table (1 Viewer)

Folks, don't know if I'm in the right discussion area but I need to be able to maintain a change history for a form. Anyone got any good advice on how to log the field changed, old value, new value and timestamp it?
Any advice greatfully appreciated!

I assume you meant changes to a record not to the form itself... Here is one way to keep track of changes to a record...
