Hi I need help with a query, that has been troubling me for ages, before I explain what I need help with I'll just name what Tables I have: (* indicated primary key)

tblCustomerDatabase

with the following attributes

*CustomerID
Title
Full Name
Address1
Address2
Country
Telephone Number
E-mail Address

tblCargoDetails

With the following attributes

*CargoID
Type Of Handling
CargoPrice
CustomerID
DescriptionOfCargo
DateOfOrder
MonthOfOrder
Year

tblAirFreight

*PlaneID
Name Of Plane
CargoID
AirplaneCompany
Cargo Destination
Airport Of Discharge
Airport Of Receival

tblSeaFreight

*ShipID
Name Of Vessel
CargoID
Shipping Company
Cargo Destination
Port Of Discharge
Port Of Delivery

What I would like to happen is when you run this query, the query asks you for the Customer's name when that is input the Query will display the customer's name and address, plus all the cargo they have bought, and how much that particular cargo cost.

Does anyone know how to do this, I've tried but failed and am absolutely stumped!

For what period do you want to know how much the customer has bought? Forever? Or do you want to know for the last month, last quarter, etc.

Hi, Kathy thanks for replying I would like it to happen for all orders, Thanks Ted.

Do you have an email address? I've done a simple database. I don't really understand where you're having problems. You can email me at kes3162001@netzero.net and I'll email you what I have. This is really a simple query, I'm sure you want more than this though.

Also, do you have your relationships defined?

Actually, without sounding rude or arrogant, the Air Freight and Sea Freight tables need to be different because they have different attributes in each table, anyway I figured out how to sort the problem now myself, however I thank everyone who has contributed help.
