Creating a Table Entry / Record

My question may be very basic but help is highly appreciated

Version: Access 2000

I have a DDIC table that contains (structure) entries for 2 different Tables
(I.e, 2 different names in the Tabname field with different Fieldnames for each Tabname)
Example:
Values in Tabname field: Table01 and Table02
Values in Fieldname field:
Table01 > Field01, Table01 > Field02,...
Table02 > Field21, Table02 > Field22,...


(1) How to create 2 different tables from the above to hold the data ?
(Table01 and Table02)
(2) Is it possible to create records for the DDIC table ?

Sorry: All my help is in German and I am not able to follow...
