Creating an Index Page Report

I have a Report that contains 60 pages but it keeps growing everytime I add a supplier. I need to build a Index Page that shows at least two columns to indicate:

Supplier A - Page 1
Supplier B - Page 2 to 4
Supplier C - Page 5
etc ...

Does anybody have a template of a query or of a report that could help me figure out how to build the report?

I tried something similar a while ago now which wasn't really what I wanted but you can maybe use the code yourself.

What about trying out the MS Knowledge base article that gives you step by step instructions of how to use VBA to get this working. It gives an example of trying this method out in the Northwind.mdb sample so you can maybe try this first and then attempt to add this into your own database.
