Creating Outlook appointment

Hi

I was wondering if anybody could help me with this.

I have a form with that contains the fields appointment date and appointment time. I would like to know if anybody could help me to create a script that opens up an outlook calendar (if possible be able to select the caledar that is opened up) and pre populate the date and time fields for the appointment. At the moment I am just using the smart tags bu they are not really doing what I need. Any help would be really appreciated

Creating Outlook appt

Well, if you don't need to update it all the time throughout the day, you could import the file to Outlook; say, at day end. Just go into the calendar and use Import/Export; import from another program and then choose the Access file. Really simple and effective.

You can create a macro to run it. too.
