I wouldnt use the wizard

Go Into design view on your report.
On the data tab in properties you can click on the box with 3 dots on record source to go into the reports query. Make sure report is selected above
There you can load up all the tables you need for the report

Thanks for your suggestions. I was stuck at the point of loading the tables. Please explain me how to load tables to create a report.

kala

A report is best run from a query.
make a query that has all your tables selected.
When you run the report wizard, select the query

That's not necessarily an easy thing to do. You might need to do several things, such as:

Change the orientation to Landscape
Make the font size smaller and move things around
Change the Can Grow property to yes on the text boxes
Stack fields in the details section slightly staggered and with a color for the top line and the next line in a different color and maybe with a dividing line to show the end of the record so the users know that all data above the line belongs to ONE record.

Those are just some suggestions. I know it can be very difficult to fit everything on one page, so good luck in playing with it.
