Creating tabs

I've created a relatively simple form in a page format....it's about 4 pages or so. I want to convert the existing form into a tab format. Is there an easy way to convert this to a tab function so I don't have to scroll down any longer without redoing the entire form. Also...whats the easiest way to create a tab format form. I've always done it the other way...sorry for being so naive about this...thanx in advance for your input.

If you're using Access 97 or 2000, there is a tabs control in the toolbox which you could drag onto your form, add the required number of tabs (pages) the cut and paste your existing fields and controls onto the pages.
