Critique my Database

Hello All,

I'm currently working on a database for a friend. The database is for a Club Membership. It's not complete yet, but this is what I have so far. I had to remove the graphics to comply with the upload size. I was wondering if anyone would like to take a look at it and let me know what you think. I'm specifically looking on how to improve it be it database structure, looks, processes, anything you can think of. All passwords are: password

Things that still need to work on:
1. Reporting Side
2. Some type of warning or notification for expired or about to expire membership
3. Create a backup process.

All your critique would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized that you will have to relink the tables to the back end. I think this happend when I reset all password to password. So if you re-link all tables you should be good to go.

You did not include the xzip.dll so the missing reference cause the DB to get lots of errors.

I had trouble getting anything to work. It would help to have some instructors on how to use it.

About all I could do was to look at the tables for some normalization issues. You do have some repeating fields. To give you much other that the obvious, we will have to better understand the business rules/procedures to are trying to handle.
