Crosstab monthwise update

I have a report which is based on a crosstab query. On the same report there is a chart based on a select query.

Both displays a date field monthwise like Apr-03, May-03 etc. Chart updates the data automatically but the data based on crosstab query does not update automatically. I have to insert new month manually. For example at the start of May, figures for May-03 were displayed on chart but not on crosstab based report. It does display in field list but not on report.

Can somebody give me any suggestion. Thanks

Put the chart on a form and print the form

I want to display both data and chart on same report because the chart is based on same data.

You can display the data and graph on the form, Access will add the data grid if you ask it
