Current Record

I have created a form to fill in the criteria of a query. When I close the form, a new record is created with the last criteria. How do I set the form to use current record, and not create any new ones when I close the form? Thank you in advance.

It is a drop box, linked to another query, based off the original table.

Dropbox - Combo Box, you click the little arrow that is pointing down and it gives you a list of choices, in this case names.

Are you able to post a copy of your DB rather than screen shots, it will make things a whole lot easier.

However from the screen shot of your query things do look somewhat de-normalised you might want to read up on the subject and possibly work through a tutorial, from there you may find your table structure needs a rethink.
