I would need to make a query that will provide me with information about changes in customer specific preferences, i.e. listing the "trades" that I approve for indicating change. Let's say that the merchandise is cars. Then I have information (hundreds of rows) about all the buys and sells of cars including information about car make, age, date, price, and the buyer/seller. For seeing that there's a clear change in some customer's preference...
1) the trade of car needs to be made by the same entity (both sell and buy)
2) the trade has to be made on the same day
3) the value of the new car has to be about the same as the price got from the old car (say +/-10%)
4) the age cannot or alternatively the make of the car cannot be the same
So, how do I make a query that will list the trades where I can see this change in customer preference ?
