Customer shortcut (right click) menus

Dear all,

I would like to have a custom shortcut (right click) menu that only contains:

- copy
- paste

So none of the filter, sort, delete, add record, ... crap that is there by default.

Can you point me in the right direction? I just don't know where to start.
