Customizing code for a link (1 Viewer)

Hi - I am not sure if this is the apropriate place to ask my question - please suggest more appropriate place if necessary.

Question: I am looking for link-code that will allow for movement from one webpage to a specific place (anchor) on another webpage?

For example: I would like to allow my site users to move from webpage (illustration1) to the anchor (#anchor_13804) located upon webpage (illustration2)

Is this possible?

Please advise with code suggestions.

I beleve your talking about is a "bookmark".

This post should have been in the general section, this section is for code that already exists, but it is quite simple to direct a page to a bookmark.
