Customizing My Forms

Hey Everyone,

I am working on MS Access 2007 and for some strange reason when I have created a FORM, Access wont let me move or size individual fields, without moving or sizing the entire GROUP!

Also: When I try to delete a label on my form, Access deletes the entire field! Whats up with that?

This is very frustrating. Anyone know how to disable this and make it behave properly.
