We have a fully functional Access database working in our Dubai office over the network split into backend and front end.

Now we have started our office in London and want to have the same database as a frontend there whereas having the same backend that is here in Dubai office.

Is it possible? If yes, how?

Is there any solution?

Yes. As long as you have the network path to the Dubai db.
Link all the tables from there.

Is it even possible to have network from Dubai to London?

If yes, how?

Please guide me.

Your network admin would have the server path / and permissions.
You would be given permission to access this server.
add the server path to your drive list in 'file explorer'
then link in the db tables using access.

Unless this is running over a very stable very high speed leased line (Eg massiviely expensive) this almost certainly won't work.
Access is not good aver a WAN network, read here http://www.kallal.ca/Wan/Wans.html

I've worked at an office that used an Access Database over WAN, with the database in Novi, MI, and the other office in Tempe, AZ.

There was several second delay for even small actions, and any look up of more than a hundred or so records started taking HUGE amounts of time.

If you're going to use a WAN, you can keep the Access front end, but trust me: get a SQL Server back end (or something else more network-friendly than Access).
