Dap

So has anyone used these much? Any words of advice?

I wondered if anyone knew, if using DAP do you need to have a copy of Access on the PC still, or does it make that need redundant for the client computers?

Has anyone come across any good resources on DAP yet?

Access 2000 Volume 2 Enterprise Edition has 140+ pages on DAP's. Best I've found so far. You do not have to have Access on each machine but you do have to have an Office license for each machine.

I'd be glad to help you out with what I can. Let me know what questions you have.

FYI. You must have the tables primary ID on a DAP for it to be editable.

Just wanted to put the question out there first before I embark on maybe using or at least experimenting with it to see peoples views on DAP's. Thanks for the offer Autoeng, I'll bear it in mind whe I start on them.
