Data disappearing from form,but not the table

I have a simple table and form set up. When I close access and reopen it all the records stored in my form are gone. The data still resides in the table it just disappears from the form. Is this normal? It happens to all my forms in this .accdb. It kind of defeats the purpose of having the form!! Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a sample database?

is your form set as DataEntry = True ?
this will let new data only on the form.

I ended up exporting the tables to an excel spreadsheet and re-importing them back in and they worked. Probably not the best way to do it, but I needed it up and running. It must have been a formatting issue? I'll keep that in mind if it happens again Smig. Thanks.
