Data Entry mode on Subform

Hi...with help from previous posts I have the subform on the mainform (frmAgedDebtorsStore) opening at a new record only, it is set to singleform with DataEntry set to Yes and again from a good thread i have mimicked viewing the previous data entered on the subform by adding another subform below this one but set to continuous, I did this as I wanted the subform to open at a new record wth the new record on top rather than having to scroll through all previous records to add a new one

This works great when I open the form directly BUT.. had to be one..I have another form that lists all a particular managers clients then by double clicking on the client name the mainfrom (frmAgedDebtorsStore) opens at the selected client but this time the subform does not open in DataEntry but shows the last record entered, i have to tab thru to get to the new record ??

Any ideas why this might be happening...thanks in advance fro any help...cheers Fi

In the OnDblClick did you miss the link criteria for the form that is opened when you double click?
