Data Missing

I have a table whose data is being used in a form. While working with the form only, some of the data in the table disappears. There are only 3 records in the table. The same one always disappears. Why?

Disappears on the form? Deleted from the table?
Is always the first or last record? Can you expand on that a little?

Check the ControlSource on each of your controls to ensure that they are linked to a field in your form's RecordSource.
