Data not clearing after update

Hi,

I am having a problem with one of my forms. Everything is okay as far as entering the data goes. However, once we add the record not all of the data is leaving the form. I have attached a screen shot of what it looks like after we have added the record (by way of a command button).

Any thoughts on why it is doing this or what I should do?

I'm afraid your screen shot isn't very illuminating! I think we need a bunch more information: Is this a bound form, or an unbound form? What exactly do you mean by

not all of the data is leaving the form

Is the data being stored in your table? What exactly do you expect your form to do?

Oh yeah, that screen shot is not good. Let me see if I can get something else up there.

Thanks anyway Link, I was able to work it out. You have helped me in the past (and I'm sure in the future) but I was able to trip across the answer this time.
