Database Already Modeled For Our Future Police State

Well somebody has a sense of humor or way to much free time. I was perusing the Database Models website. Unbelievably a database schematic for 1984 was there. It was done back in 2003. Nothing like being prepared for the future (or is it past now?).

I hope that our esteemed Department of Homeland Security didn't hire an exorbitantly expensive consulting firm to design their database since this freebie was available.
