Database Size

Does anybody know if there is a limit to the number of tables that can be stored within a single databse?

Not too sure about the number of tables, but the overall db size is limited to 2Gb

You didn't say which version of Access, so I'll have to give you two sets of directions.

In AC97 and earlier, the Help file lists the exact information you want under the topic "Limits" - which includes links to database size, table size, and miscellaneous other sizes.

In AC2K and later, the Help file topic name is "Specifications" and it includes more links to object-specific pages. But the concept is the same.
