database window shoots off & wrong report data

How can I prevent the occasional unpleasentry, when I click F11 the database window sometimes goes to the extreme lower right corner??

Also, sometimes when I open a report, it displays incorrect data. If this happens, I open and close the report till I get the correct data. Any ideas in solving the above 2 issues would be most appreciated.

We need a few more details, operating system etc., where does the data for the report come from, and please just post under one topic, someone will answer if they can.

data fills report and chart from a query, which is composed of queries and tables

as for the database window sometimes openning way in the far right lower corner(have to drag scroll bars of screen all the way to right and down-not the lower right of the screen that shows)-any ideas
