Dataentry problem

Hello all! I got my relationships fixed in my real estate management program and started working on an add new tenant form. I created a query and selected the fields from the different tables I wanted to put data into that is necessary for a new tenant. I then created a form and put the query as the source. However, when I try to open the form up and add a new entry, the entry thats already in my table shows up. I need it to be a blank form that inserts a new entry. I've gone to properties and set the DataEntry to yes. Still it shows the only entry in my tenants table and related info from other tables. I've attached the db to this message. Any help anybody can give me on this is very much appreciated.

What I've found out is when I go to the form properties and changed recordset type to Dynaset (Inconsistent Updates), it would show a blank form but when I try to hit add to add the new record it give me an error that says: "You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table 'tbldeposit'". I don't know what this is asking me to do. Can someone please help me.
