Datasheet form & Excel

Has anyone ever tried to create a link for uploading or downloading records in data sheet view between Access and Excel.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can link directly to Excel as a table source. How you want to view it in a form is irrelevant.

To do so go to the tables tab, put your mouse in the middle of the window, right click and choose link.

When the next window opens make sure you change the file Type to be looking for Excel and then just go get what you want. It will give you some options while doing so.

When done the Excel Spreadsheet is linked in just as if it were a table - it is now a table.

How you want to view the table is entirely up to you.
