Datasheet - user can change arrangement

I have a form set to a datasheet view. Everything works fine, but how do I stop a user from rearranging columns (moving them around? or hiding)?

One way I got around it was to right click on each field in dataview and click on "Freeze Columns". This will not let the fields be moved, or widened. Then I disabled the ability to use the right click feature so the user is unable to unfreeze the fields. To do this, go to Tools - Startup and unclick the box that says "Allow Default shortcut menus". Once you close the database and reopen it, you should not be able to move these fields.

I tried that, the problem is when I do, the horitozal scroll bar goes away, and there are about 15 columns that need to show. Any other idea's
