Datasheet view

Here is the code for the datasheet button. When the first button I click is the datsheet button, it works perfectly. the datasheet view is presented. However, if I then press another option button and the return to press the datasheet button, the Menu Form appears in front with the Datasheet view behind it. I can close the Menu Form and have access to the datasheet view. Upon closing the datasheet view, I am completely thrown out of the program. How can this be avoided. See Attachment.

do you use a button to close the datasheet view? or do u just click the X?
