date Calendar problem

Hi,

I have a date field and I have set a calendar next to it but how come
when I click, it cannot accept.

The field is RA Request Date but the Label name is Required date.

I hope someone can help me please.

For now i send you to the northwind db calendar. Check if you can understand how the calendar works. It help me.
