I have three queries:
1. Pulls some information for all of last month.
2. Pulls some information for quarter to date.
3. Pulls some information for year to date.
I want to setup an auto job that runs the first of every month. (i.e. an auto job runs on 9/1/2010 for the previous month's data
Date Range wanted:
1. (Month) 8/1/2010-8/31/2010
2. (Quarter)7/1/2010-8/31/2010
3. (Year) 1/1/2010-8/31/2010
What can I do to automate this so it runs as I would like? I don't have or really want a form. This is a database that only pulls information and outputs it to an Excel spreadsheet.
Any idea on how to do this programatically or just put a formula in the criteria of the query?
