Date Collection

I have a already made mdb where a report is getting generated by now date, i want to include date which i want, what will be the best way to do this?

The "best" is very relative
I think that you have a form from where you open this report.
So, create a text box control (txtMyDate) where to write your custom date.
Then for Control Source for the control in your report (a text box too) write "=Forms!YourFormName!txtMyDate" (without quotes).
