Date Difference

I need some help, can someone tell me how to change this :

DateDiff("d",[DATE RECEIVED],[DATE OF DECISION]) AS DAYS

To give me the DateDiff between the DATE RECEIVED and TODAYS DATE in the place of DATE OF DECISION

It should be:

DateDiff("d",[DATE RECEIVED],Now()) AS DAYS

Actually it should be
DateDiff("d",[DATE RECEIVED],Date()) AS DAYS

I get the same result ina query field with

Date()-[Date Received]

Now() includes the Time as well as the date, and can give incorrect results.
