Date Manipulation Help

I have a report that is being used to generate current employees that are eligible for Insurance. The code to add 90 days to their hire date is no problem, but how do I round that date UP to the next month?

Insurance coverage begins the 1st day of the month following the employees 90 day anniversay.

DateSerial(Year(Date()),Month(Date())+1,1)

Just substitute Date() with the 90 day anniversary.
