Date Picker Error on Subform with Tabs

I am getting an error on the Date/Time Picker when I navigate through records. I have a tab strip with two pickers on one tab and five on another. If I move to another record and a tab with a Picker on it that has data for it I get an error that just says and error occurred in the date time picker control.

Anyone have any ideas?

Need more info ...

What exact error?
What are your fields (bound or unbound), (date or text)?
What is in the fields?

The error is "An error occurred in a cal to the Windows Date and Time Picker control."

All are bound Date/Time fields, and there are short date formatted dates in the fields.

Anything Else?
