I am constructing a database in Access 2002/3 which will link to a set of related photographs. The photographs will be stored in a specific folder structure and the filenames uploaded to a table. The pictures will then be displayed by giving the full pathname to the picture property of an image frame control. However, to wnsure a correct audit of the photographs, I need to display the date that the picture was taken to the user. There is a "Date Picutre Taken" property for the Jpeg files, which can be accessed by Windows Explorer, but I cannot find a property name for this to allow this to be uploaded by the VBA routine. I can access Date Created, Date Modified and Date Last Accessed; but none of these will remain consistent with the actual date that the picture was taken.
