Date Problem dd-mm-yy

Attached is a cut down version of a db that I have,my problem is the date format I use dd/mm/yy, my date settings in the control panel are the same.
If you have your computer set to this format then change the date of your computer to 07/11/04 . The reason for this is because I know that there is data for both date formats (mm/dd/yy) & mine.

Open the db and click "Previous Day Deliveries" your will see a message box appear that will show you the date(s) that will be checked. When the form frm_PreviousDayDeliveries opens the data (date) is wrong, it is showing 11/6/04 instead of 6/11/04.

What have I done wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
