Date problem - help I am stuck

Hi
I am stuck in the following exercise:
I have a table showing Order, DateShipped, PlannedDelivery, Late (Yes/No) and LateDate.
From this table I would like to make a report that shows the delivery performance.

I found a nice thread to show the working days, but when there is a late shipment, how can I then use the data from that field rather then from the PlannedDelivery field.
