Date validation in pop up box of form

Hi guys

i had developed report which, pops up form to pass on info to generate report.

in that pop up box i have StartDate and EndDate.

The start date should not be Null
The end date should not be Null and greater than start date.

otherwise through message.

Can anyone help me
