DateAdd Function

Hello All,

Im using the DateAdd function for a shot series of 6 shots but the dates don't populate the report. The first one populates but thats the only one you have to enter. Whats the problem? Thanks

Can you be more specific as I can't understand anything about what you want to do here; other than something on a report with the DateAdd() function?

Using the DateAdd function on my form shows up with due dates for shots that were taken but the due date doesn't show up on the report. Its not sending the data from the form to the report. The first shot is showing up but thats the only shot you have to manually enter, the other ones are calculated using the dateadd. Thanks, hope this helps

You must calculate them again on your form or refer to them in a textbox's ControlSource on the Report.

i.e.


=[Forms]![MyForm]![FirstDate]

Thanks for you quick response however I keep getting an #error on my report after entering that in the controlsource. My form is called personnel and the dates are labeled ANTHRAX 1 - ANTHRAX 6. Would I put this in the controlsource?

=[Forms]![Personnel]![ANTHRAX 1]

Is the Form open at the time? You can also, just use the DateAdd() function again on the report referencing the original date on the report.
