Hi All...I will try to explain this in an understandable way.....I receive a monthly update of classes taken by employees on the 10th of every month. Then I print a report for each employee showing which classes they have taken. The report has a header like "Classes taken as of____" and the blank is filled in with the date. Right now I'm using Now() and the blank is filled in with the current date. What I'd like to do (if possible) is figure out a way to have the blank filled in with the date of the last update I received. For example, I receive an update on 7/10/2002, so if I run the report any day between 7/10/2002 and 8/9/2002, the report header will say "Classes taken as of 7/10/2002". Then when the date changes to 8/10/2002, the report header will need to update to 8/10/2002 and show that date until the 10th of the next month, and so on....I just can't seem to get my brain around it! If this is confusing let me know I'll try to explain better and thanks in advance for any help!
