Please anyone, can anyone please explain to me how to compare dates. I've been coding in Access for a couple of years and every development I do I always have problems with dates!!! ANd nowhere in the help has an adequate explanation.
Dates in a recordset, vs dates in a text box on a form. It's just a nightmare. It seems impossible to compare a 2-digit year with a 4-digit year, even when I enclose in "#" to tell it it's a date. If a field in a table has a data type of date, then when that field value is in a recordset, will it still know it's a date?
What about the function cDate?
Thanks
p.s. Cash reward for anyone who manages to make this clear to me.
