dates for dummies

I need some help with some code that will auto fill dates and exclude weekends and holidays. I've searched around a bit in the previous posts, so as to not upset anyone by repeating questions, but I need more help than what I've found...

This post is useful, I'm sure, but I need a little more information.

Here's what I'd like some help with...

I track suspenses at my job... a lot of them. The paperwork goes through 15 or so people in incriments of 2 or 3 days until it reaches the suspense date. I'd like to be able to fill in the first date, and have the other dates automatically filled in, exluding weekends and holidays. Now, Ms. Cleo told me I wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, so if you'd like to help, you'll have to stupify things for me. I can copy and paste the code from the above link, but after that it gets a bit foggy.

Look up the DAY and WEEKDAY functions and see if they'll help you.

I've searched all the help files and many of the posts on this forum. I think I've found the code that I need from the link in my first post... I just don't know how to incorperate it into my database. Thank you though.
