I am new to access/vba modules etc and I am struggling with this.
I have attached a simple table in word (call the table Locations) and what I need to calculate in new columns is explained in attachement. I tried doing this in query design but few people suggested It should be done in Modules. Could some one please help me with this and show me how I can calculate these times etc with vb code, and with comments so I know what it means and I can make necessary changes if I need to.
Many thanks
GS

GS-

Part of the problem is that you keep changing the rules see here as the problem progresses.

Your table as shown is essentially a spreadsheet and requires normalization. Would you explain how Location1, FirstReg1, etc. relate to Location2, FirstReg2, etc.. Given that information, it shouldn't be too difficult to arrive at a solution, provided the playing field doesn't keep moving.

Hello Bob apologies for keep changing the criteria, I have tried to make it clearer in this attachement.
