I have a data entry form that contains multiple entries with the same date. I'm trying to find out how to make the date field stay the same for each entry until I change it myself. Any help would be appreciated.

Will it always be the same date (2/2/2002) or will it always be todays date(Now())? You can set the default value of a field to anything you want, and change it on entry of neccessary.

The date will stay the same for approximately 45 entries, then I will change to the next date.

Here's something to give you an idea - the checkbox on the form locks the field.

That file would not open. It tried to open as is, and tried to convert it, but it won't open. Thanks for trying.

Whoops sorry. It's open now. Thanks.

OK that seems to work, now I've just got to figure out how to work it into my database.

Does the calandar need to be a form of it's own the same as you've set it up? Mine is currently included in the data entry form.

I'm still kind of a novice, so wish me luck, 'k?

No, that's just my preference.

Hi there, me again... I must be an idiot, because I can't seem to figure out how to get your example to work in my form. I don't know just how much of that I need to work into my form. Here's a copy of the database itself. the Data Entry form is the one that the calendar is in and the Contribution Date is the field that I need the date to remain constant. (I have removed the majority of the information to make it small enough to attach. I have left you with the important stuff)

Thanks again.
