Hi

Thank you all very much I now have a working prototype just need to formulate and design reports etc now.

On this note it got me thinking, each course has a CertClaimDate as standard, is there anyway to send an email to another member of staff say once a week for any claims during that said period?

I am thinking along the lines of automation here as I can see it would be relatively easy to do manually.

Do a search for SendObject. That is what you can use to send emails via Access.
